Responsibilities:
Own and deliver against a multi-million dollar expansion quota for net revenue growth from existing enterprise accounts. Lead, coach, and scale the Enterprise Expansion team. Build and execute strategic account plans for top payer, provider, and life sciences clients. Develop and own the strategy for selling new use cases into enterprise accounts. Engage directly with executive stakeholders at customers to shape long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Marketing. Report regularly to executive leadership on expansion pipeline, forecast, and market feedback. Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise expansion. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
