Workplace Experience Manager

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Workplace Experience or Facilities Management Demonstrated focus on designing and implementing strategies that significantly enhance the employee experience in a remote-first environment Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and research-oriented mindset Ability to think out of the box, test boundaries, and ask thought-provoking questions Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - intermediate proficiency) Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills

Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive workplace strategy Oversee the day-to-day tactical operations for all office spaces Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic space planning Manage relationships with local third-party service providers Lead and manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee events Drive employee engagement through strategic internal communications Develop and manage a strong communication strategy Own and facilitate the new hire onboarding process
