Requirements:
5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment Experience with building campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels (e.g. email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events, and industry and association partners) Experience using data to develop a POV on campaign performance Deep experience with email marketing: designing tailored drip programs and managing customer and prospect lists Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners and influence without direct authority Strong verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across paid, web, email, and experimental channels Drive testing, reporting, and analysis through KPIs to optimize programs Develop personalization and tailored content plan to engage and convert target accounts Partner with Product Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams Design and maintain audience list and prospecting strategy for account segmentation and targeting
