Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders and impacting user experience. Advanced data skills: 2+ years of SQL and querying, power user of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides, and experience formulating and presenting analyses and business cases to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments, prioritize skillfully, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making. Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and readiness to grow, with proficiency in writing ChatGPT prompts, leveraging AI, and architecting automations.

Lead change management by refining processes to keep customers, shoppers, and retailers informed and prepared for product changes. Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to generate insights that directly shape the product roadmap. Bridge gaps between Product, Operations, and other teams, advising on voice of customer and ensuring alignment on key objectives. Drive product quality and operational excellence by developing feedback channels, operational playbooks, and resolving issues. Build cross-functional partnerships and use data to back recommendations to leaders, ensuring customer feedback contributes to product development.
