Oversee the full payroll cycle Evaluate processes for improvement and automation Collaborate with People, Finance, and IT teams Ensure required payroll information for employee changes is processed Execute state and local tax filings and reporting Manage annual 401k audit planning, testing, and reporting Manage integration between payroll and accounting systems Manage and track bonuses, including monthly accrual calculations Prepare monthly payroll-related account reconciliations Prepare monthly diligence reporting Manage and develop a team of Payroll Analysts Respond to employee or leadership questions Work collaboratively and cross functionally across the organization
