UI/UX Designer

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. 4–7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. Solid knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing. Experience in working with Agile development teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance design solutions. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and simple user interfaces. Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
