Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly. Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, or BI tools. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requests and deadlines. Clear and respectful communication skills, both in person and in writing. Curious and proactive about learning, with a desire to grow in a SaaS environment. Some experience working in a business, customer-facing, operations, or data-focused role. Exposure to the public transport, mobility, or SaaS industry is a bonus.
