Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering. Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience selling process equipment directly into the municipal wastewater treatment market. Strong understanding of pumping systems, fluid dynamics, and process troubleshooting. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from specification to close. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a regional capacity. Comfortable with CRM tools, project tracking, and sales reporting.
