- Develop and execute the North American aftermarket growth strategy.
- Build multi-year plans to increase revenue from parts, service, and upgrades.
- Manage and strengthen aftermarket sales through a network of distributors.
- Partner with OEM customers to maximize lifecycle revenue opportunities.
- Drive adoption of service contracts, preventative maintenance, and rebuild programs.
- Improve customer retention and lifetime value through data-driven installed base management.
- Establish Voice of Customer (VOC) processes.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and operations.
