Requirements:
5+ years of solution sales experience in the eprocurement, S2P or P2P space. Strong background in SaaS and mid-market software solutions. Strong knowledge of supplier management, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required nationally and internationally (up to 40%). Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with B2B clients and articulate how the eProcurement Solution addresses their needs. Spearhead new business development and meet/exceed revenue goals. Identify opportunities, forge connections, and close deals. Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client requirements. Build positive relationships with mid-market customers. Identify prospective customers and lead generation. Meet or exceed sales quota. Articulate technical concepts to different audiences. Give sales presentations with in-depth product knowledge. Provide strategic guidance and support. Perform cost-benefit analyses and negotiate contracts. Make cold calls to reach customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Collaborate to create sales strategies and proposals. Engage in marketing campaigns and industry events. Prepare reports and manage month-end closing. Maintain documentation of sales and prepare contracts. Participate in hiring and growing a team.
