Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a tech startup selling into finance. Knowledge of ARM and 1st and 3rd party debt collection. Previous experience selling Fintech solutions across multiple verticals. Knowledge of values-based and ROI selling. Technical acumen to articulate complex technical products to prospects. Strong business acumen and persuasion and influence skills. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Collaborate with solutions teams to deliver customized product demonstrations and craft compelling business cases. Negotiate contracts and lead the sales process to close high-value deals, ensuring a seamless handoff to post-sale teams. Maintain strong, strategic client relationships with clear communication channels and escalation paths. Drive the sales process from proposal to contract signing, collaborating with internal teams to manage pricing, terms, and deal structures. Manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue goals and ensure a streamlined sales cycle.
