Senior Solution Architect, AV/DVLED Solution And Design (REMOTE)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in commercial AV system design and integration for large-scale, high-complexity projects exceeding $2 million. Proven ability to interpret RFPs, develop compliant technical responses, and contribute to detailed bid proposals. Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, including equipment, labor, integration services, and project expenses. Strong knowledge of AV industry standards and best practices. Experience collaborating with consultants, architects, general contractors, and enterprise clients. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, and SketchUp. Experience with Direct-View LED (DVLED) system design, integration, and controller configuration. Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron, AMX, and Q-SYS. Working knowledge of networking for AV, including AV-over-IP and enterprise network integration principles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. CTS-D certification or equivalent AV industry credentials preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S. (occasional international travel as required).

Provide expert pre-sales design support, including system design, BOM creation, and SOW authoring. Develop detailed AV and DVLED system designs with schematics, signal-flow diagrams, and integration plans. Collaborate on cost estimates, considering technical specifications, labor, materials, and logistics. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Act as a technical liaison among various teams and partners to ensure design consistency. Engage directly with clients and channel partners for requirement assessment and consultation. Support pre-sales efforts in responding to RFPs and RFQs. Contribute to solution innovation leveraging LG's portfolio. Stay current with evolving technologies in DVLED, control systems, and AV-over-IP.
