Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering reliable, scalable solutions Own and drive product delivery in alignment with the roadmap Support and develop your team by conducting regular 1:1s, offering coaching, and delivering performance feedback Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders Refine and evolve engineering processes, instilling operational discipline Contribute to the wider engineering community through leadership in agile practices and process improvements Maintain a healthy engineering culture by encouraging psychological safety, clarity in roles, and structured decision-making Engage in technical conversations with a working knowledge of technologies like Node.js, React, Python, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis
