Senior engineering leader with deep ownership. Player-coach role combining people leadership and technical judgment. Strong experience building and scaling distributed systems on AWS. Responsibilities:
Own engineering delivery for Creator Earnings and Acquisition & Activation streams. Lead engineering roadmap for Creator Earnings features and platform services. Scale Acquisition and Activation streams to improve onboarding and viral growth. Champion engineering performance and reliability using DORA metrics. Embed a P0 post-mortem culture for incident improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineers. Act as first point of escalation for incidents under a 'You Build It, You Run It' model. Conduct architectural and code reviews. Monitor and communicate progress on business and engineering metrics. Proactively manage technical debt.
