Requirements:
5+ years experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles. Fluency in English; professional fluency in German preferred. Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, compliance, vulnerability management, or software development lifecycle. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make key decisions autonomously. Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Driven, high emotional intelligence, and strong priority management skills. Previous early-stage startup experience strongly preferred. Passion for technology & cybersecurity strongly preferred. Hands-on technical experience in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security, compliance, vulnerability management, or SDLC strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical onboarding for new customers. Develop relationships with customer stakeholders at various levels. Educate customers on product features and best practices. Act as the voice of the customer internally. Collaborate to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
