Lead and directly manage a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers Partner with a Product Manager to form the Product Engineering Duo Be responsible for the delivery of the team (quality, stability, timelines, dependencies) Be responsible for the tech excellence and architecture within the team's scope Drive continuous improvement of team performance Secure the continuous growth and wellbeing of engineers on the team Be hands-on, dividing time between design, coding, and coaching
