Take accountability for delivery across squads, collaborating with Technical Lead and Product Manager. Foster a high bar for engineering excellence within teams. Support, coach, and develop engineers through their career. Partner with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives. Lead communication with stakeholders from other teams. Collaborate with the wider engineering organization to contribute to best practices and standards.
