Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 10+ years relevant product marketing experience. 5+ years in field sales management, strategic marketing, and/or thought leadership. Knowledge of the US legal-regulatory environment affecting promotional activities. Proven track record for meeting or exceeding financial and/or quantitative targets, and qualitative goals. Demonstrated leadership skills leading Marketing and Commercial teams. Ability to proactively manage complex processes and initiatives. Experience working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to operate independently, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills. Ability to sit for prolonged periods; reach with arms and hands; lift and move small objects; use hands to keyboard and perform office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Lead translation and implementation of marketing strategies for HEPLISAV-B® in the retail segment. Support brand strategy and promotional efforts for HEPLISAV-B® retail segment, developing resources to drive adoption. Collaborate with Retail Sales Team for alignment and training. Measure, monitor, and report on marketing program effectiveness. Develop and manage annual conference planning for retail. Work with agency partners to develop marketing materials and manage project delivery. Partner with promotional review board members for efficient MRB operation and compliant tactics. Oversee marketing operations and MRB management. Monitor and track timelines for projects, meetings, and promotional submissions. Participate in brand planning and budgeting. Manage vendor/agency activities and associated budgets.
