Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 10+ years relevant product marketing experience. 5+ years in field sales management, strategic marketing, and/or thought leadership. Knowledge of the US legal-regulatory environment affecting promotional activities. Proven track record for meeting or exceeding financial and/or quantitative targets, and qualitative goals. Demonstrated leadership skills leading Marketing and Commercial teams. Ability to proactively manage complex processes and initiatives. Experience working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to operate independently, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills. Ability to sit for prolonged periods; reach with arms and hands; lift and move small objects; use hands to keyboard and perform office tasks.
