5-7 years of experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, trade marketing, or shopper marketing Experience managing retail marketing budgets and optimizing spend Familiarity with major U.S. retailers (Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, etc.) and/or international retailers and marketplaces Strong negotiation skills and experience securing co-marketing investments or added-value placements Understanding of merchandising strategy, plan-o-gram development, and e-commerce content best practices Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), retail portals, and project management software a plus
