Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline analysis, measurement, and data insights.
  • Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ability to stay current with marketing technology trends, while adapting to the rapidly changing marketing landscape.
  • Experience with a variety of project management tools and technologies, such as Jira and others, to drive process, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and persuading diverse stakeholders, even without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within large-scale, cross-functional teams and to foster collaborative relationships across various levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, address and implement process improvements to marketing, optimizing the way the team works together.
  • Project manage cross-functional marketing programs including launches and other key marketing initiatives across people, processes and technology.
  • Outline project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with marketing stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement repeatable templates and processes to ensure efficient campaign management, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, sales, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across departments.
  • Partner with our marketing leadership team and our technology and analytics teams to ensure marketing technology is aligned with marketing team goals and measured impact.
