Prospect, attend events, and hunt for new strategic partners. Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements. Educate partners on Shift4's offerings, including pricing and EMV devices. Collaborate with API/Integrations team for partner integration and certification. Prepare and deliver presentations to partners. Train new and existing partners on products, services, and sales processes. Ensure necessary documentation is submitted for lab requests. Identify and implement marketing opportunities with partners. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Collaborate with various internal teams. Process all necessary documentation for onboarding. Train CSMs on partner specifics. Obtain and oversee the launch of initial merchant leads from partners. Formally hand off partners to CSMs after successful onboarding. Hold regular meetings with CSMs on sales KPIs. Achieve sales and revenue targets. Provide feedback to CSMs and marketing on sales success. Address service issues escalated by CSMs or channels.
