BS or MS in Interaction Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience planning, conducting, and communicating findings from user research for digital products and services, ideally with a focus on technical users. Strong ability to understand and articulate user needs, and to generate and communicate compelling & actionable insights. Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and ability to collaborate successfully with designers, technical & business teams. Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and how to combine them. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to run short-term tactical studies and experience/desire to plan and run strategic research. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, GreatQuestion, GetFeedback, Amplitude, Looker). Proven track record in conducting mixed-method research studies and demonstrating impact. Interest in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
