Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and grow client relationships in the manufactured housing dealer channel. Drive revenue growth by increasing applications and funded loans. Communicate process updates and changes. Track Zippy's performance with each dealership, focusing on market share. Ensure Salesforce is up-to-date with key contacts and communication. Understand Zippy's loan process from start to finish. Contribute to defining territories, outreach cadence, and shaping processes for a new channel. Represent client interests within Zippy. Serve as a subject matter expert on Zippy's process. Understand client's potential funded loans and applications. Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning. Ensure dealership operations and loan activities meet Zippy's standards and regulatory guidelines.
