Driven, motivated, and a go-getter. Polished presence with high energy. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-70% within an assigned territory. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building. Highly Curious and skilled at problem-solving. Extroverted and relationally oriented. Strong proficiency in Salesforce and managing client data through CRM systems. Detail-oriented, quick learner with a “figure it out” mentality. Background in tech-forward environments, mortgage, or tech enablement preferred. SaaS experience and the ability to highlight the value of tech products. A personal connection to the manufactured housing (MH) industry is a plus. Prior MLO experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with Zippy’s clients. Maintain market share and drive pull-through at existing dealers. Grow applications and funded loans at client locations. Train dealer sales and transactions teams on Zippy’s processes and technology. Communicate process updates and changes. Track Zippy’s performance with each dealership, primarily market share. Ensure Salesforce is up-to-date with key contacts and communication. Understand Zippy’s loan process from start to finish. Help define territories, establish outreach cadence, and shape processes. Represent client’s best interests within Zippy. Understand Zippy’s process to answer client questions and source answers. Understand client’s potential funded loans and applications. Stay informed on market trends, lending practices, and dealer dynamics. Ensure dealership operations and loan activities meet Zippy’s standards and regulatory guidelines.
