Requirements:

5 to 8+ years in BizOps/Strategy/Operations 2+ years in a scaling startup (Series A-C) Strong analytical horsepower (spreadsheets) Experience with BI tools Operator’s mindset for designing scalable systems Program leadership experience Problem-solving bias for action, structured and data-informed approach Strong communicator with EQ and presence to influence leaders Familiarity with GTM tools (Hubspot, Gong) Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase)

Responsibilities:

Build the operating rhythm (OKRs, planning, QBRs, exec reviews) Own the company scorecard (KPI taxonomy, data quality, reporting) Design & scale systems (partnering with Data Eng/Analytics) Drive analysis from data to insight to action (root-cause analyses, recommendations) Translate strategy into execution (hypothesis validation, planning, KPI tracking) Partner cross-functionally (RevOps, Finance, Product/Eng, CS, Marketing, Exec team) Raise the bar (codify playbooks, improve meeting hygiene, embed performance discipline)
