Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in ad tech, martech, or SaaS Proven track record of planning and delivering campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation Experience using enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo) Familiarity with outbound and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft/Outreach.io) Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus: Knowledge of ABM strategy, paid media platforms, and intent-data providers
Responsibilities:
Develop demand generation strategy for revenue targets Define MQL and pipeline goals with sales Build a repeatable lead-gen engine Plan and execute campaigns across paid media, email, and outbound channels Manage HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation Set up and optimize lead enrichment workflows Implement outbound and ABM tactics Partner with content and product marketing teams for campaign assets Track and report on lead generation metrics Use A/B testing and data analysis for campaign optimization Maintain dashboards for sales and leadership visibility Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Operations Provide insights on market trends and campaign performance Coordinate industry events, webinars, and sponsorships Develop partnerships with industry associations and media outlets
