Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in crypto, fintech, OTC trading, or asset management. Proven track record of exceeding targets and growing strategic accounts. Good understanding of crypto markets, investment behaviors, and institutional client expectations. Solid experience managing a diverse clientele including high-net-worth individuals, hedge funds, family offices, trading firms, and businesses of all sizes. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with a strong sense of initiative and action.
Responsibilities:
Develop outbound prospecting by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects among entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth clients. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to client onboarding and their first deposit. Structure and optimize the sales funnel by tracking activities and conversion rates using a CRM. Adapt sales positioning based on specific prospect needs, such as crypto treasury, high-volume transactions, or BTC accumulation. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to relay field feedback and refine go-to-market strategy. Actively monitor trends in digital assets, treasury management, and financial services.
