Requirements:
Current or former Wholesale Account Executive Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success Team-oriented attitude Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong relationship-building skills High school diploma or equivalent required Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment
Responsibilities:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects into Knock partners Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts and deepen engagement Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through outreach and enablement Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with partners Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
