Vice President of Enterprise Operations

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred 15+ years of experience in enterprise operations, customer delivery, or program management At least 5 years in a senior leadership role Experience with cloud technology companies with enterprise-level clients Familiarity with customer success, technical delivery, and post-sales operations Background in deploying AI/ML technologies for operational use cases Excellent management skills Ability to develop a vision and guide leadership through change Ability to leverage resources to meet goals efficiently Ability to adapt and lead through change Proven track record of scaling enterprise operations in a technology or services environment Executive Presence: C-suite interaction capability Financial Acumen: Deep P&L management experience

Lead operational strategy, execution, and delivery for Rackspace's largest customers. Develop strategic plans for organizational entity. Oversee scaling of enterprise engagements and ensure operational excellence. Leverage AI-driven tools and processes to improve outcomes. Act as a bridge between enterprise clients, internal delivery teams, and executive leadership. Supervise directors and/or senior managers. Accountable for financial performance. Influence resource allocation across divisions. Establish goals aligned with strategic plans. Evaluate business challenges and direct development of innovative solutions. Develop functional long-term plans. Set ROI expectations. Own operational strategy and delivery for enterprise customers. Build and optimize processes for on-time, high-quality deliverables. Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise account leaders. Identify and implement AI-driven solutions. Partner with product/engineering, and ITS to operationalize AI-driven tools.
