Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, product, or implementation within the public sector, education, or union-affiliated organizations.
Proven success managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and long procurement cycles.
Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
Strong understanding of government contracting, RFP processes, privacy compliance, and employee benefit program structures.
Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present key findings and customer satisfaction.
Deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approx. 15%).
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred.
Responsibilities:
Serve as product expert and mental health advocate for public sector and union accounts.
Build trusted partnerships with government HR leaders, benefit administrators, union representatives, and consultants.
Navigate public sector procurement and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate Spring Health's value proposition by connecting outcomes to customer success metrics.
Own the full customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal.
Lead business reviews and present insights to executive stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operation teams.
Provide consultative sales support and expansion strategy insights.
