Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, product, or implementation within the public sector, education, or union-affiliated organizations.
  • Proven success managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and long procurement cycles.
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting, RFP processes, privacy compliance, and employee benefit program structures.
  • Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present key findings and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approx. 15%).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as product expert and mental health advocate for public sector and union accounts.
  • Build trusted partnerships with government HR leaders, benefit administrators, union representatives, and consultants.
  • Navigate public sector procurement and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrate Spring Health's value proposition by connecting outcomes to customer success metrics.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal.
  • Lead business reviews and present insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operation teams.
  • Provide consultative sales support and expansion strategy insights.
