Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or startup). Flexibility and adaptability in hiring approach. Service-minded approach to recruiting. Deep curiosity to understand the business and role impact. Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity. Mindset geared toward continuous improvement. Experience handling the entire recruiting cycle (sourcing to closing). Creativity and persistence in sourcing talent. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Passion for cultivating an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiting lead, founders, and leadership to scale team. Focus on hiring for technical roles (engineering and product), with flexibility for other functions. Own the full recruiting funnel from sourcing to closing candidates. Develop a deep understanding of the business, product, and hiring needs. Collaborate with People Ops on non-recruiting functions as needed.
