Requirements:
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or CRO. Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session. Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools. Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience collaborating with developers. Experience executing A/B tests for CRO. Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale.
Responsibilities:
Deliver test-ready user experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes. Independently lead design projects, including stakeholder alignment and UX strategy. Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data and metrics. Proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders on design solutions. Mentor on design best practices and drive UX strategy. Propose and implement design process improvements.
