Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support roles. Solid knowledge of Google Workspace and Office/Google tools. Proficiency in Windows and Apple environments. Experience with communication and video conferencing platforms. Familiarity with network management and MDM. University degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Technician, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Provide hardware support for Mac and HP devices. Resolve software incidents on Windows and macOS. Support video conferencing systems (Zoom) and sala equipment. Offer support for Google Workspace and internal collaboration tools. Set up, configure, and maintain work equipment for new and replacement hires. Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments. Administer and update local technology asset inventory. Collaborate on assigned IT projects and manage tasks. Administer internal networks and connections. Manage MDM systems (Applivery, WorkspaceOne, Airwatch or similar).
