Requirements

  • Proficient in troubleshooting software issues.
  • Ability to recognize phishing attempts and enforce security protocols.
  • Skill in prioritizing issues based on urgency and user needs.
  • Patience and active listening abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills related to ticketing systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speak and write).
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux & iOS.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve user-reported issues through phone, email, or Slack.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff.
  • Troubleshoot software issues.
  • Recognize phishing attempts and respond appropriately.
  • Prioritize incoming issues based on urgency and impact.
  • Maintain accurate communication through Jira ticketing systems.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
