Requirements
- 0 - 1 years of experience in IT Support or customer service roles.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software issues.
- Ability to recognize phishing attempts and enforce security protocols.
- Skill in prioritizing issues based on urgency and user needs.
- Patience and active listening abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills related to ticketing systems.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speak and write).
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux & iOS.
Responsibilities
- Resolve user-reported issues through phone, email, or Slack.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff.
- Troubleshoot software issues.
- Recognize phishing attempts and respond appropriately.
- Prioritize incoming issues based on urgency and impact.
- Maintain accurate communication through Jira ticketing systems.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
