15+ years software engineering experience At least 5 years of team management experience Track record leading large-scale organizational and technical transformations anchored around Cloud Native platform and services Deep expertise in K8s containerized production infrastructure frameworks and tooling including Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm charts, Prometheus, Grafana, IAM, IdP, WAF, Gateway API and related tooling Proficient with multiple cloud platforms, particularly GCP Strong leadership and communication skills Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity Curiosity and interest in learning new things
