Lead and execute cyclical people programs (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys). Design new programs for growth and engagement (e.g., Talent Development, Employee Events, Internal Mobility). Partner with L&D, HRBPs, Employee Experience, and Total Rewards to launch and refine programs. Scope programs, timelines, and milestones for simplicity and efficiency. Facilitate meetings to drive alignment, decision making, and action. Lead program communications, content creation, and education. Build program summaries and trend reports for stakeholders. Evaluate program success against goals using data collection. Develop enablement resources for stakeholders. Assess, recommend, and implement new tools, platforms, and vendor partners.
