Senior Program Manager

8+ years in healthcare technology, software, services, or implementation roles. Experience managing complex implementations or deployments for enterprise healthcare technology. Strong ability to speak product and engineering translating between technical teams and customer-facing groups. Demonstrated success working directly with large healthcare clients (payers, health systems, or provider groups). Comfort getting into technical details including APIs, data flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills across audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for multi-phase implementations across payer, provider, and enterprise clients. Translate customer workflows, data requirements, and integration needs into actionable plans. Coordinate across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders on both sides of the partnership. Prepare clients for launch through workflow mapping, training, change management, and ongoing support. Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on implementation learnings.
