3-5 years experience managing performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce funnels and conversion metrics (CPA, ROAS, RPS, MER) Deep expertise in audience segmentation, bidding, and creative optimization Comfort using data & analytics tools (GA4, Northbeam, Looker Studio, etc.) Experience briefing creative teams and optimizing ad messaging Excellent project management & communication skills Self-starter mindset TV media buying experience strongly preferred
