Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years working on technical or platform-level products in healthcare or enterprise software. Deep experience in healthcare integrations—you’ve worked hands-on with systems like Epic Radiant, PowerScribe, or PACS platforms, and understand the intricacies of real-time clinical workflows. Hands-on mindset—you thrive in the details, whether it's writing technical product specs, mapping out integration flows, or debugging implementation blockers with engineering. Excellent communicator—you can break down complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders. Customer-focused—you bring empathy for radiologists and healthcare IT teams, and a strong desire to solve real-world clinical problems. Own the success of your product area through rigorous prioritization, clear documentation, and continuous iteration. Define KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicators across reliability, performance, and adoption. Contribute to Rad AI’s broader platform strategy, bringing a systems mindset to interoperability, scalability, and clinical usability. Stay current with industry standards (IHE, HL7, FHIR), regulatory considerations (HIPAA, SOC 2), and the evolving radiology vendor ecosystem.
