Senior Product Manager, Integrations

5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software. Proven experience owning API, data, or system integration products end-to-end. Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP and CRM systems. Ability to partner deeply with engineers, architects, and technical customers. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, middleware, and ETL tools (preferred). Technical literacy with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API testing tools (preferred).

Own and drive the product roadmap for integrations. Partner with builders, integration partners, and internal teams to understand data flows. Lead product discovery to identify high-value integration opportunities. Translate business and technical needs into integration requirements and API designs. Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrations. Define integration success metrics.
