Requirements:
5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform. 3+ years relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash/Revenue operations consulting/solutions development. Experience in 3+ medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and/or Revenue Cloud implementations. Ability to speak confidently around data, analytics, and integration concepts. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources. Highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize workload. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Skilled in project/PDLC management and productivity tools (Google Docs, MS Word, Jira, Slack, LucidChart, Visio). Expert level skills in developing and presenting slideware (Google Slides, MS Powerpoint). SFDC Administrator, Developer certifications, Salesforce CPQ Certification or substantial Salesforce CPQ experience. Familiarity with developing trends in emerging technologies and business practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Engage with client leadership teams to understand organizational objectives. Lead project teams through requirements gathering and solution design. Oversee the build and deployment of proposed solutions. Provide guidance and expertise to internal teams. Follow Neocol's Functional Consulting playbook and project SOW. Perform research on customers, industries, and products. Engage effectively with client C-suite and business/technology representatives. Prepare and tailor discovery workshop assets. Facilitate strategic and functional discovery sessions. Identify and recommend functional requirements for a prioritized roadmap. Coordinate and facilitate product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Collaborate with project team members to document decisions and actions. Ensure ratified design decisions are upheld during development. Provide solution development leadership and support to the project team. Identify and communicate project scope, time, resourcing, budget, and risk concerns. Oversee quality control, testing, deployment, and performance of delivered solutions.
