Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred) Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems Understanding of basic UX principles Willing and able learner of new technologies Extremely strong written and oral communication

Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
