3+ years of experience in political or advocacy campaigns and/or media sales experience. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management. Successful experience building proposals, networking and sourcing new business, and pitching. Experience delivering pitch presentations and media proposals in-person and over video conference. Experience selling into agencies is a plus. Proven success in reaching and exceeding sales goals. Comfort and experience with sourcing and following up on leads, and completing RFP responses. Client-focused, problem-solving attitude. Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Talent for crafting persuasive sales presentations. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
