Requirements:
Understanding of QA processes like test plan creation, test suite development/execution, and defect debugging/tracking/management. Ability to create concisely written test suites from specs or acceptance criteria. Strong manual testing skills at different layers of the application (web, mobile, API) across browser and mobile. Experience developing automated tests using UI and/or API based test frameworks. Understanding of testing methodologies like functional, integration, system, and usability. 5+ years of QA experience. Fluent written and verbal English. Experience with a fast-paced startup. Remote work experience with a global team.
Responsibilities:
Own feature quality and lead test efforts for content, mobile, and internal products. Develop test cases for new and existing features. Perform manual tests for new features on mobile and browser. Certify releases and investigate issues from tests in the QA Environment. Advocate for quality by working with software engineers, designers, and product managers.
