Collaborate closely with Flint’s immigration, operations, and partner facility teams to ensure a seamless experience for nurses. Track candidate progress and proactively identify challenges or delays, providing creative solutions to keep processes on track. Advocate for candidates’ needs while maintaining strong partnerships with facility stakeholders. Contribute to Flint’s mission by helping place nurses into roles where they can make an immediate impact on patient care.
