Requirements:
Current, unrestricted Compact RN license; CA licensure preferred. 5+ years RN experience, including ≥2 years in telehealth or remote clinical care. 2+ years clinical leadership or team management experience. Deep understanding of digital health workflows and integrated care models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in patient messaging. Comfort with EHRs, patient communication platforms, and clinical decision support tools. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support via patient portals, live chat, and community boards. Perform clinical assessments and manage adverse effects. Interpret lab values and ensure follow-up. Serve as a clinical escalation point. Oversee patient off-boarding. Support high-risk patient needs. Participate in teaching sessions. Lead and develop the Integrated Care team. Maintain SLA performance and troubleshoot inefficiencies. Develop and refine clinical workflows. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve tools. Collaborate with Scheduling, Lab, and Messaging teams. Manage capacity planning and team allocation. Represent Nursing in platform improvements. Provide QA oversight for documentation and safety processes. Assist with designing training materials.
