Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and surgical conditions to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV management, and monitoring of vital signs. Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Coordinate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor for changes in patients’ conditions, promptly addressing any adverse symptoms or complications. Maintain a safe and sterile environment, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Participate in discharge planning to support patients’ transitions to home or other care settings. Support a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort and recovery.
