Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage. Comfortable conducting business in English.
