2+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote/virtual environment Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive and results-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus) Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions (an advantage) Comfortable conducting business in English
