Requirements:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred. Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience. Demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and recommendations. Review and evaluate candidates from ATS. Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans. Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, and networking sites. Solicit referrals from business networks and internal sources. Use Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning. Connect with talent communities using various media (phone, email, social media). Articulate value proposition to interested candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and coaching. Ensure timely updates on application and interview status. Draft and utilize phone interview templates. Assess candidate qualifications against position requirements. Issue and evaluate skills testing as needed. Review background and reference information. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data. Articulate job offers and negotiate counter-offers. Adhere to all regulations and compliance standards. Build talent pipelines and ensure qualified candidates are available. Provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities. Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions. Proactively communicate search status and provide consultative recommendations.
