Apply business objectives and user needs to build and evolve products. Analyze feasibility and opportunities for AI in each delivery. Lead workshops and dynamics with clients and users for diagnostics, co-creation, and validation. Create end-to-end conversational flows using UX best practices and cognitive principles. Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI for brand consistency. Master Blip platform functionalities, AI products, and cognitive solutions. Create prototypes and presentations for stakeholder validation. Define requirements for conversational experience quality tests. Define and monitor conversational experience metrics. Generate input for the chatbot's evolutionary roadmap. Document all processes following area recommendations and best practices. Use AI to optimize internal work processes. Participate in internal initiatives to foster development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with non-technical teams to drive strategic discussions and share learnings.
